Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for Minecraft Server Hosting services. Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase for issues from the hosting side. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. Refunds are only considered if the request is genuine and there is no ToS violation.

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• VPS / VDS Hosting
• Dedicated Servers
• Web Hosting
• Discord Bot / Panel Services
• Technical Support / Managed Services
• Custom Setup Services
• Any service other than Minecraft Hosting

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The service is a Minecraft server
• The request is made within 24 hours
• The issue is reported through a support ticket
• There is no abuse, fraud, or chargeback attempt

Fake payment proofs, fraudulent refund requests, chargebacks, or payment disputes without contacting support may lead to:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent blacklist
• Denial of future purchases
• Service termination without refund

Any act of defamation, false accusations, malicious reputation damage, spreading misinformation, or intentional attempts to harm the reputation of Vampire Hosting may lead to:

• Immediate service termination
• Permanent blacklist
• No refund under any circumstance
• Termination without prior notice

All refund requests must be made through the official support ticket system. Each request is reviewed individually by staff. Final decisions on refunds remain solely with Vampire Hosting staff management.

This refund policy may be updated at any time. Continued usage of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
